The two poker pros faced off in consecutive days, each with hundreds of thousands of dollars on the line, making this one of the most exciting rivalries of the series.

According to PokerGO, this marked the first time in PokerGO Tour history that the same two players faced off heads-up in consecutive events.

The stakes couldn’t have been higher, with Weissman emerging victorious in the $10,100 No-Limit Hold’em event, which saw 118 entries. His dominant performance earned him the top prize of $295,000.

Weissman’s Huge Earnings and PokerGO Cup Lead

Weissman’s victory boosted his total series earnings to $418,900, including $123,900 from Event #1’s $5,100 kickoff event.

His strong start to the PokerGO Cup currently places him at the top of the PokerGO Cup standings. His career earnings now stand at nearly $8.3 million.

With this win, Weissman also secured 295 PokerGO Tour points, making him a top contender for the season-long PokerGO leaderboard.

Moncek’s Strong Start to the Series

Though Weissman won the rematch, Moncek is still a strong force in the series.

The two-time WSOP bracelet winner has earned $368,750 so far in the PokerGO Cup, bringing his lifetime earnings to nearly $4.4 million. He remains a strong contender for the upcoming events.

The Final Day Drama

The final day of Event #2 saw seven players battling for the title. Weissman fought through a tough field, outlasting top competition to claim victory.
