The PGT Last Chance Series, which will take place from January 2–9, 2025, is the last chance for players to qualify for the coveted PGT $1,000,000 Championship. With six exciting events planned, this series offers tough competition and big prizes for poker players who want to make a name for themselves.

Let’s look more closely at what this exciting series has to offer and why it’s essential for poker players who want to win big.

What’s at stake in the PokerGO Tour Last Chance Series?

There’s more to the PokerGO Tour Last Chance Series than just poker. This six-event series is the last chance for players to get into the PGT Championship, the final tournament of the year that will give $1,000,000 in prize money. This prestigious event is only open to the top 40 players in the PGT season-long points standings. This makes the Last Chance Series important for players who still need to improve their rankings.

It’s open to everyone, says Tim Duckworth, who is in charge of live events for PokerGO. “It’s a chance for new stars to make an impact on the 2024 PGT season.”

People who sign up for the Last Chance Series will be able to play in high-stakes, no-limit hold’em events that cost $10,100 each. At each event, players have the chance to win important points and the championship’s biggest prize.

We have created a unique leaderboard to provide you with additional motivation. The PGT Last Chance Series will have its own scoreboard to keep things interesting. The PokerGO Tour release says that this leaderboard will reward players who do really well this series, even if they don’t make it into the season-long top 40.

The top eight players in the Last Chance rankings will get a “dream pass,” which gets them into the January 9 Dream Seat Invitational. Those who don’t make the main points list can still qualify for the PokerGO Tour Championship with the one-day event.

The top three players in the Last Chance Series will get straight “Dream Seat” entries into the PGT Championship. This means that their outstanding play in the series will give them a chance to win the $1 million freeroll.

Invite to the Dream Seat: One Last Chance

The Dream Seat Invitational is a one-day event on January 9 where people with a “Dream Pass” can fight for six highly sought-after spots in the PGT Championship. This invitational is for talented players who just missed making it to the main leaderboard and is open to anyone who won a Dream Pass during the 2024 season.

According to PGT’s rules, the top six players in the Dream Seat Invitational will automatically qualify for the $1,000,000 PGT Championship. This set-up gives players who are just about to qualify for one of poker’s biggest and best tournaments an exciting chance to stake their claim.

How to Get to the PokerGO Tour $1,000,000 First Prize

In fact, the PGT $1,000,000 Championship will begin on January 10, right after the Dream Seat Invitational. There will be seven figures in prizes for this high-stakes freeroll game that lasts two days. The winner will get $500,000. The competition for each spot is fiercer than ever because only the top six players will win cash prizes.

The starting stack structure for this championship is unique because it is based on where each person is on the PGT leaderboard. This setup rewards players who performed well throughout the season by giving them more chips than their opponents.

Take a look at the plans for the Last Chance series

The PokerGO Tour Last Chance Series has six high-stakes games, each lasting two days and costing the same amount to enter. Here is the full schedule for this exciting show:

Why should poker players care about the PokerGO Tour Last Chance Series?

The PGT Last Chance Series is the last chance to win one of the most coveted poker titles. This game is the last chance for players just outside the top 40 in the standings to move up or get into the Dream Seat.

The Last Chance Series gives gamers who want to do well a second chance. It has a series scoreboard, Dream Pass rewards, and the final Dream Seat Invitational. It gives them a chance to show how skilled they are against the best and get into the PGT Championship.

In the end, there are big risks and big hopes

The PokerGO Tour Last Chance Series looks like it will be a game that high-stakes poker players can’t miss. It takes place from January 2–9, 2025, and is the last chance for players to prepare for the PokerGO Tour $1,000,000 Championship. The series will have six intense events and a final Dream Seat Invitational. There will be a lot of action, drama, and the chance to win huge prizes that could change your life.

This series is the result of a year’s worth of hard work, skill, and planning for both amateur and professional poker players. Those who do well will compete in the PGT Championship for a seven-figure prize pool and the title of winner, along with a $500,000 top prize.
