USOP Hai Phong Day 6 Winners: Nang, Baiyu Ni, William, Xiaotong, Nguyen

On Phong Day 6, the U Series of Poker (USOP) carried on its exciting adventure while numerous players once more left as victors. Nang Quang Nguyen, who won the High Roller Sunday Special, turned out to be the highlight of the day. Phong Day 6 : Sunday Special High Roller Nguyen Wins

Apart from Nguyen’s triumph, four more players brought home trophies: William Teoh, Xiaotong Yu, Nguyen Tan Phuong, and Baiyu Ni. Baiyu Ni’s triumph was especially noteworthy since it was his second one in this series, therefore being only the third player to accomplish this amazing accomplishment in the continuing tournament.

For those just tuning in, the USOP Phong Day 6  marks the first-ever poker festival held in Hai Phong, Vietnam. Starting on September 11, 2024, at the Dream Dragon Resort, the competition runs until September 23, 2024.

Phong Day 6 : Dream Dragon Resort Holds Hai Phong First-Ever Poker Festival

Phong Day 6 : Thirty-one of the sixty-six sought-after medals have already been claimed. Clearly the most important of these is the Main Event, which will take place September 19–23, 2024. Players of poker are counting forward the Main Event champion’s crowning.

The Player of the Series Title Race Gets Competitive

Apart from the single event winners, competitors are vying furiously for the Player of the Series (POTS) title. Xinxing Tang is leading the race having accumulated 1500 points over four cashes. Wenjie Ren, hot on his heels with 1125 points from three cashes, Currently ranking third with 1000 points apiece are Baiyu Ni and Tonne Le Thanh Long. The esteemed POTS ring will go to the athlete with the most points at the end of the festival.

Phong Day 6  Highlights: Baiyu Ni Claims Second Trophy

As Baiyu Ni won his second trophy in the 8-Handed Hyper Turbo, his outstanding performance persisted. From Day 2 of the festival, Teoh has been unrelenting in his pursuit of a title; early in the morning, his endurance paid him. Shortly after Teoh took home a WSOP Online bracelet, sealing a great month for the poker player, this triumph follows.

Xiaotong Yu grabs the freezeout title.

Phong Day 6: Since players in the Freezeout event could only enter once, every choice had special meaning. Claiming his first-ever live victory and a prize of VN 200,000,000 (US$ 8,160), China’s Xiaotong Yu emerged as the champion from the 118-players field. Yu’s fourth payout in the series comes from this win; he ranks 16th in the POTS right now.
